UHERO Rapid Survey
The UHERO Rapid Survey is the largest ongoing statewide health data monitoring project in Hawaii. Data about health outcomes, healthcare, experiences, and social determinants of health is collected twice a year. We have established a statewide cohort of over 2000 adult Hawai‘i residents for longitudinal observation. Five survey waves have been completed to date with the aim of helping identify ways of reducing the persistent health inequalities across the state. This dashboard makes this data publicly available in a secure, confidential manner, including data breakdowns by age group, race/ethnicity, and poverty status for all metrics.
