How can I participate in the survey?

The survey is open to anyone who lived, worked, or owned a business in West Maui or Kula during the Maui wildfires in August 2023. If you would like to participate, please contact us at uhero.survey@hawaii.edu.

The privacy of the survey participants is a top priority for us. No personal details or personal-level data will be publicly shared. You can access a copy of the summary statistics of the data displayed throughout this website at the link below. Any public use of the data must be clearly attributed to UHERO and the Maui Recovery Survey: Housing & Jobs as the data source.
